Clear-Span Frames
This style of frame is used primarily when an unobstructed interior is required in your straight wall building. It is ideal for creating equestrian arenas, indoor soccer centres, ice rinks, pools, aircraft hangars, warehouses and more. They don’t have interior column supports, creating free space to store items, operate machinery, and house recreational facilities.

This style of structure features straight sidewalls and a slightly sloped roof.

Single Slope, Tapered Column Frame
This structure features a slightly sloped roof and tapered columns.

- Available Heights: 8’ (2.43m) – 60’ (18.28m).
Double Slope, Straight Column Frame
This design features straight columns and a peaked, double slope roof.
- Available Widths: 16’ (4.87m) – 120’ (36.57m)
- Available Heights: 8’ (2.43m) – 60’ (18.28m)
Double Slope, Tapered Column Frame
This structure features tapered columns and a double slope roof.
- Available Widths: 30’ (9.14m) – 200’ (60.96m)
- Available Heights: 8’ (2.43m) – 60’ (18.28m)
Multi-Span Frames
A steel straight wall building with a multi-span frame works best in structures where unobstructed space is not required and utilizing an interior bearing is feasible. Additionally, for structures with a span of more than 100’ (30.48m), installing an interior bearing can help to reduce overall building costs. For all of these straight wall frame styles, the interior columns can be spaced from 30’ (9.14m) – 100’ (30.48m) apart.

Long Bay
Installing an open web truss subframe will allow you to install mechanical and electrical systems easily while providing roof support.
- Creates up to 65’ (19.81m) of unobstructed interior space.

This structure features tapered columns and a double slope roof.
- Available Widths: 30’ (9.14m) – 200’ (60.96m)
- Available Heights: 8’ (2.43m) – 60’ (18.28m)
Lean-To Frame
This straight wall building style of frame is often used to expand or extend an existing structure. They can provide additional space, such as an office or storage area. It will need to be supported by attaching it to the existing frame.
Single Slope, Straight Column Frame
The lean-to frame features straight sidewalls and a single slope roof.
- Available Widths: Up to 100’ (30.48m), in either clear span or multi-span frames
- Available Heights: 10’ (30.48m) to 60’ (18.28m)
